The Blast Drink

The Blast Drink

Makes 4 Cups - Prep Time 5 mins - Cook time 1 min

What You Would Need 

1/2 Cup - Blueberries 
4 - Strawberries 
1- Plum
1 - Peach 
1 - Mango
3/4 Cup - Red Grapes 
1 Cup - Water

Appliance: 

Blender  

  1. Wash off all fruit 
  2. Slice the mango and take off skin
  3. Cut the peach and plum
  4. Place fruit in blender ( Blueberries, Strawberries, Plum, Peach, Mango, and Grapes)
  5. Add the water in the Blender 
  6.  blend for 1 min
  7. Optional Add ice 
  8. Enjoy!

  • Strawberries are high in antioxidants, vitamin C,  manganese, fiber, folate, iodine, potassium, magnesium, vitamin K, and Omega-3- fats

  • Peach have vitamin A, C, E, and K, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, manganese, and phosphorus, rich in antioxidants and fiber
  • Mango contain vitamins A, C, E, and K, B-complex, rich in fiber. 
  • Red Grapes contain vitamin K, C, B, Thiamine, antioxidants,
