Easy quick Shrimp Alfredo

Shrimp Alfredo
What you need 
  • 2 Bags - of Kroger small cooked salad shrimp 
  • 2 - banana peppers 
  • 1 - Celery stick 
  • 4 - potatoes 
  • 1 jar - Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbs - Butter
STEP 1
Wash you vegetables of  to get off any dirt. ( Potatoes, Banana Peppers, Celery)

STEP 2 
Chop up you peppers, and potatoes

Step 3
Slice you celery in half and proceed to chop

STEP 4
Turn your stove on to medium high and melt 2 tbs of butter

Step 5 
Put everything into the pot (peppers, potatoes, celery, and shrimp). cook for about 5 mins

Step 6
Place the Alfredo sauce into the put with the other food and mix it up. 
Optional: Take the jar and fill up with water and shake it up and put that in pot just to get all the sauce

Step 7 
Mix everything all up until blended. Cook for about 5-10 mins more 

Step 8
  Serve with noodles or with a very green salad.

Birthday Cake Fried OREO's

Birthday Cake Fried OREO's 
What you will need 
1 - Pack of birthday cake Oreo's
Pancake mix 
Domino Confectioners Sugar
Paper Towels
3 - Cups of Oil

Instructions
  1. Mix the pancake mix together and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a Frying pan at medium 
  3. Dip the Oreo's into the pancake mix 
  4. Place the frying pan or deep fryer until golden brown.
  5. Flip over if you are using a frying pan
  6. Place the Oreo's on the paper towel so the oil can drain
  7. Repeat until you complete how many Oreo's You want to make. 
  8. Once finish place the Oreo's on another plate and sprinkle the Confectioners sugar over the Oreo's
  9. And Enjoy

Colorful Shrimp Taco

Colorful Shrimp Taco 
How to make the Shrimp
half a bag of small frozen cooked Shrimp
1/2 yellow pepper 
1/2 Red pepper
1 banana pepper 
1/3 red onion 
2 tbs olive oil
1 Tbs Butter
  1. Get a frying pan or saute pan. 
  2. Chop the yellow pepper, red pepper, banana pepper, and red onion (put in a bowl and move to side). 
  3. Turn the stove on medium melt the butter. 
  4. Pour the bowl of peppers and frozen cooked shrimp into the frying or saute pan.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the food. 
  6. Stir constantly 
  7. Cook for about 6 - 10 mins and set aside       

How to make the Guacamole  
2 avocado
Mild Guacamole Mix (concord foods)
  1. Cut the avocado's in half and twist to bring it apart. 
  2. Remove the pit using a spoon
  3. Scoop out the inside and trash the outer part 
  4. Mix the avocados until it is well blended
  5. cover and chill for about 30 mins  

Put together 
  1. Get any toppings. 
  2. but the tortilla on a plate add the shrimp mix 
  3. put you toppings 
  4. Then add Guacamole 
  5. fold or eat as is 
  6. And Enjoy

Keep it Tight Juice 

                                     Makes 2 - 3 servings , takes 5 mins 

What you will need:

1 - Whole Cumber
1/2 - Granny Apple 
2 - Stalks Kale
1/2 - Fresh Squeeze orange juice 
1 -  Banana  
1 - Carrot

 Appliances: 

- Blender 
- Juicer 

 Directions 

1.) First wash off the fruits and vegetables.
2.) Juice the Carrot , Cumber , and Kale. (Set aside the juice for later)
3.) Blend the apple, banana for 2 mins or more
4.) Place the orange juice and the carrot , cumber and kale juice into the blender with the apple and banana.
                                                     (Ice is optional)
5.) Blend until well blended.
6.) Serve with a glass of ice and enjoy

                                       Makes 2 - 3 servings , takes 5 mins 

What you need 

2 - Celery Stalks 
1 - Cumber 
3 - Bushes of Kale 
2 - Bananas
1 - whole carrot 

 Appliance  

Blender 
Juicer 
1.) First wash off the fruits and vegetables
2.) Juice the Carrots , Cumber , Celery , and Kale. ( Set aside the juice for later )
3.)  Blend the Banana for 1 min 
4.) place the carrots , cumber, celery and kale juice from earlier in the blender
( Ice is optional ) 
5.) Blend until well blended 
6.) Serve with a glass of ice and enjoy

The Blast Drink

The Blast Drink

Makes 4 Cups - Prep Time 5 mins - Cook time 1 min

What You Would Need 

1/2 Cup - Blueberries 
4 - Strawberries 
1- Plum
1 - Peach 
1 - Mango
3/4 Cup - Red Grapes 
1 Cup - Water

Appliance: 

Blender  

  1. Wash off all fruit 
  2. Slice the mango and take off skin
  3. Cut the peach and plum
  4. Place fruit in blender ( Blueberries, Strawberries, Plum, Peach, Mango, and Grapes)
  5. Add the water in the Blender 
  6.  blend for 1 min
  7. Optional Add ice 
  8. Enjoy!
